  Mary Ellen and Joseph left Camden shortly after the birth and death in1876 of daughter Frances Elizabeth, and settled at Eglinton, nearBathurst, where they remained all their lives. Seven of theirchildren married and many of their descendants remained in theBathurst, Forbes, Parkes and Canowindra areas. To date 510 descendantsand 213 spouses have been found. Their farm at Camden was called"Brisbane Meadow". The majority of research of the "DUNFORD" family(descendants of Joseph and Mary Ellen) in these records were suppliedby May WOODS of Parkes NSW. May is a descendant of Henry Stephen thesixth child of Mary Ellen and Joseph and she did all of this familyresearch by hand and not with the help of a computer.
